Intuitive Thai Massage balances energy in the body through targeted pressure along the energy lines and supports flexibility and increased range of motion through passive stretching.

*Thai is done on a mat on the ground, with the client fully clothed in flexible, yoga style clothing.

This technique works deeply within the muscles to relieve tension and loosen fascia, helping to address pain, chronic holding patterns and old injuries that limit movement. The practitioner may use a variety of tools such as heated stones and bamboo sticks, Gua Sha, and cupping to gently stretch the restricted tissue. This treatment is area specific.

Merideth has been in practice for 6 years. Graduating massage school in 2019 and continuing her studies in Thai massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Energy work, and Myofascial & Trigger point release.
